Dust diseases are a group of lung illnesses, which include pleural mesothelioma, peritoneal mesothelioma and asbestosis and are caused by inhaling asbestos powder or dust particles.

PTSD & Mental Health Claims

If you have experienced a traumatic event or have been diagnosed with PTSD, you may be entitled to make a compensation claim through the workers’ compensation system in NSW.
